By-Laws, Covenants, and Legal Description

By-Laws are the rules by which the neighborhood association known as Deerfield Civic League, Inc. operates.

Covenants are those rules that run legally with the land and must be followed by those who own the land. The covenants are recorded in the Plat Books of Hamilton County. For Deerfield, they can be changed only every 25 years. Deerfield was platted as Phase I and Phase II, so there are two covenants which are very similar: Phase I and Phase II.

The Legal Description of Deerfield is also contained in the Plat Books, and describe the exact boundary of the subdivision.
